Robin Elston, Founding President
With degrees in Chemical Engineering and Business, Robin Elston spent fifteen years working in engineering, manufacturing, and human resource management in the Procter & Gamble Manufacturing Company. In 2001 she left a successful career in project and change management to follow her passion and founded Elston Consulting. Since then, Robin has worked with hundreds of organizations to resolve issues and improve results across the US, Europe, and South America.
Robin works with leaders to improve their bottom line by providing one-on-one coaching, group & company-wide training, and master planning facilitation. She is also a popular workshop leader and motivational speaker on leadership and life. She has a unique ability to combine strategies for personal growth with humorous relatable examples. Some of those examples come from living with Steve, her husband of 26 years, and their five children in western Ohio.
